The Region
This wine is from the Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion AOC in France.
It is located north of the Saint-Émilion town like the other three Saint-Émilion "satellites" AOCs: Lussac-Saint-Émilion, Montagne-Saint-Émilion and Saint-Georges-Saint-Émilion.
This AOC only produces red wine.
The Wine
The wine is a typical "Bordeaux Blend" with some Cabernet Franc supporting the Merlot varietal.

Variety: Merlot (90%) & Cabernet Franc (10%)
Some tasting notes:

- On the nose: plum, vanilla, earthy
- On the palate: black fruits, blackberry, earthy
